Shipping Information
We currently ship across India.
Orders are usually processed within 24–48 business hours.
Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 3–7 business days depending on your location.
You will receive a tracking link via email or SMS once your order has been shipped.
Shipping Charges
- Free shipping on all prepaid orders
- Cash on Delivery (if available) may include additional charges
Delivery times may vary during high-demand periods or unforeseen circumstances.
Returns & Exchanges
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on opened or used products.
Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
To help us resolve the issue quickly, please share:
- Clear images of the product
- Unboxing video (if available)
- Order ID
Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or refund as applicable.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.
Once an order is shipped, cancellation is not possible.
